Therefore we attempt to counsel and advise all our clients by taking them through every part of the DNA testing process from initial contact to communicating the results of the test and recommending further counselling if required.

Polygenyn will give advice to the client at the first customer contact. This will continue through the whole DNA profiling process to the point of relaying the DNA tests to the client.
